Tiger Bullets Micro®
Tiger Bullets Micro® is a high performance lost circulation material designed to prevent and control loss events across a wide range of formations. Its broad particle-size distribution and engineered microfiber structure allow it to seal permeable zones, micro-fractures, and high-porosity formations quickly and effectively.
Compatible with all mud systems — water-based, synthetic, and oil based — Tiger Bullets Micro® supports circulation, strengthens the wellbore, and reduces overall risk during drilling operations.
Product Grades
Fine Grade – consisting of smaller, precision-engineered particles ideal for sealing micro-fractures and addressing seepage losses. It disperses quickly in the system and helps prevent differential sticking, torque buildup, and early signs of loss.
Regular Grade – this formulation provides a broader particle distribution designed for more aggressive loss zones and severe circulation events. This grade enhances bridging and sealing when losses escalate and is effective when pumped as a sweep, slug treatment, or full-system application.
Field-Proven Performance
In real-world drilling environments, Tiger Bullets Micro® has eliminated severe losses even after other materials failed. In one documented case, operators experiencing 40+ bbl/hr losses were able to restore circulation and completely stop losses after two sweeps containing Tiger Bullets products. Preventative sweeps allowed drilling to more than 24,000 ft without additional issues.
These results reflect the product’s ability to stabilize challenging formations and maintain circulation where conventional LCMs provide limited benefit.
Safety Summary
Tiger Bullets Micro® is classified as non-hazardous and is safe to handle under normal industrial conditions. The material may form combustible dust in air and should be kept away from open flames and ignition sources. Standard PPE — gloves, goggles, and a dust mask — is recommended when handling the dry material.
The product is not regulated for transport under DOT, IMDG, or IATA guidelines.

Tiger Bullets Micro® may be added through the mixing hopper, suction pit, or any pit with proper agitation. Periodic additions, sweeps, batch treatments, and pills are all proven methods. Pilot testing is recommended for higher concentrations due to slight fluid absorption.
Lab Performance & Testing
Reduced Fluid Loss
Laboratory tests show significant reductions in fluid loss across both water-based and oil-based mud systems. In many cases, fluid loss decreased by more than half, contributing to improved well control and reduced mud costs.
Thinner, Stronger Filter Cake
Tiger Bullets Micro® reduces filter cake thickness by up to 70%, producing a more uniform, durable barrier that minimizes stuck pipe and torque-related issues.
High-Pressure Bridging
Advanced slot testing demonstrated effective sealing up to 4000 PSI, with high bridging efficiency and stable seal formation throughout pressure cycles.
